Jill Dunbar

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker · Douglas Elliman

In 1978, Jill Dunbar co-founded and ran Three Lives & Company in New York City — still one of the city’s best independent bookshops. Her greatest pleasure was matching a reader to a book. Living in Greenport Village, one of the quintessential towns on the North Fork, Jill fell in love with the area’s natural beauty, diverse communities, and pristine landscape — this unique, almost secret place. Unspoiled hamlets and crystal-clear waterways are everywhere, whether you’re looking north over the Sound to the Connecticut coast or south over the Peconic Bay: an unparalleled setting less than two hours from New York City.

As a realtor, Jill has the gift of matching a property with its buyers and helping a homeowner sell. A top producer on the North Fork for 20 years, she knows the territory with a keen sense of the market and is known as an unusually patient and steady guide. With Jill, you have access to a wealth of information — and to the people who bring success to any real estate transaction.
